Terms and Conditions

Welcome to London Fashion Training Center, the training arm of London Fashion Nails and Hair Salon. By booking a session or purchasing services through this website or platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment or booking.

1. Booking and Financial Deposits

• Deposit Requirement: To secure any appointment or course slot, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking. No session will be confirmed or held without a cleared deposit.
• Payment Allocation: The deposit amount will be directly credited toward the total cost of your scheduled session or tuition block.
• Non-Refundability: Except as explicitly stated in Section 2 and Section 3, all deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals.

2. Salon Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We operate a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy to respect the time of both our beauty specialists and other clients.

• No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled salon session without prior notice, you will forfeit your deposit, and we reserve the right to charge 100% of the remaining session fee.

3. Academy Cancellations (By Training Center)

In the rare event that London Fashion Training Center must cancel or reschedule your educational session:

• You will be notified as soon as possible via your registered contact details.
• You will be offered the choice of a priority reschedule or a full reversal of your booking funds.

4. Student Cancellations & Course Credits

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund (minus the initial non-refundable deposit fees).
• Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the course start date will receive a 100% course credit valid for future bookings.
• Future course credits must be used within exactly 6 months from the original course date or the funds will be permanently forfeited.
• Bookings shifted to a future date can only be moved one time; subsequent cancellations will forfeit the entire tuition balance.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for future course credit codes.

5. Client Responsibility and Punctuality

• Arrival Time: Please ensure you are ready or arrive on time for your scheduled salon session or academy class block.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. No discounts or partial refunds will be given for lost layout tracking time.

6. Disclaimer of Services

The sessions, masterclasses, and boot camps provided are for therapeutic, educational, or vocational career coaching purposes only.

They do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider regarding any personal medical condition.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any structural changes will apply immediately to all bookings made after the exact date the updated terms are published on this page container.
